The Legends offers residents only The Legends Club, which is a multi-million dollar Clubhouse including a  heated (year round) swimming pool and fitness center.  The Men´s and Women´s locker rooms provide locker facilities including a sauna and showers to help you work out the kinks and stresses from your daily workload.  The public golf course, pro-shop, and restaurant, provide spectacular views of Lake Louisa State Park.  The Par 72 Championship golf course includes GPS yardage marked golf carts, driving range and putting green.  The course is a challenging mix of hills and valleys, sand, water hazards and undulating greens.  There are two lighted tennis courts and a fully lighted basketball court as well as a children's playground complete with sandbox and slides.  The oversize heated swimming pool and pool deck encourage lounging in the sun, grilling on the barbeque deck, or watching the kids paddle in the kiddie pool.  Oh, and don't forget the hot tub for relaxing after the sun has set over to the West with one of our spectacular sunsets.  Safety and security are provided by a 12 hour security guard and barcode entry system for residents and keypad for guests.

Dues Payments



Except for Bridgestone Neighborhood homes, two (2) separate dues payments are required for owners in Legends. One smaller payment for your Neighborhood HOA and one larger amount for the Master HOA.  

For Bridgestone, monthly dues are combined into one (1) coupon payment to the Master HOA.

Dues are typically paid monthly via a coupon book ... although automatic withdrawal service is available.

To sign-up for withdrawal service for the Master HOA dues (including Bridgestone) complete and send in the form on left.  Depending on timing it will take 1 to 2 pay periods before the auto payment takes effect.

To sign-up to auto pay your smaller neighborhood dues (excluding Bridgestone), contact the management company assigned to your neighborhood shown below.

The two (2) books normally arrive a few months after your closing. Until they do, please use the information below.

The 2010 Master Dues are $164.48 per month (Bridgestone homes only will be $191.23).
The 2010 Beacon Ridge Dues are $19.75.
The 2010 Bridgestone Dues are $26.75 (Combined With the Master For $191.23).
The 2010 Carrington Dues are $63.09.
The 2010 Dearcroft Dues are $23.00.
The 2010 Nottingham Dues are $23.00

Your Neighborhood Payment is for the maintenance and operation of the side streets, street lights, islands, landscaping, irrigation, Board operations, enforcement and architectural controls in your individual Legends neighborhood. 

Your Master Payment is for our Legends Country Club Community Association operation including the on-site property manager, maintenance of entrances and main streets, street lights, all monument signage, landscaping, irrigation, access control at the front and rear entrances including attendants, basic cable TV, and Board operations shared by all 868 Legends homes.

In addition, the Master Payment is for the use and upkeep of our resident Clubhouse facilities including the personnel, building, pool, basketball & tennis courts, kiddy playground, landscaping, and irrigation. This complex is now owned by the HOA, but was formerly owned by the developer Lennar.

Legends five (5) neighborhoods are: Nottingham with 278 homes; Beacon Ridge with 262 homes; Bridgestone with 238 homes; Dearcroft with 52 homes; and Carrington with 37 homes.  Legends has 867 total homes.
