Kings Ridge
                                       Golf Course Community


Kings Ridge, an active 55+ adult, gated community of 2,088 homes on Highway 27 approximately 3 miles south of State Route 50.  See the map I´ve attached to highlight the area in the beautiful hills of Clermont, FL.  The community includes 15 diverse neighborhoods located around the two golf courses and many amenities.  Choose to swim in one of three pools, two spas, or relax in one of the four Cabanas.  The multi-million dollar clubhouse features community run clubs, groups, seminars, or hobbies and crafts like ceramics, needlecraft, photography and much more.


There are two Exercise rooms, Basketball, Tennis, Bocce and Shuffleboard on championship courts.  Of course don´t forget the two golf courses - open to the public.  Kings Ridge Golf club offers an Executive par 3 and full 18 hole challenging course.

Location is key to this golf course community as you can jump in your golf cart and shop at the Kings Ridge Publix shopping plaza.  The surrounding area of Clermont features many restaurants, shopping, and proximity to beautiful lakes, bicycle/walking trails and of course the Florida Theme parks and Beaches.  Just minutes from the Florida Turnpike you can be to the beach in about one hour on either coast or down to Miami in three.
